2face Idibia has visited an internally displaced person camp in Makurdi, Benue state.
The
singer who hails from the state visited the IDP camp today, Tuesday,
September 5, 2017, to donate items to thousands of families who have
been displaced because of the flood.
2face and his wife Annie Idibia
arrived the camp in the morning. He is scheduled to perform under the Benue Flood Relief Initiative.
There
are presently 110,000 families in the IDP camp who have taken shelter
there after the heavy rainfall two weeks ago. The torrential downpour
created a huge flood and destroyed a lot of properties.
2face Idibia is not the only celebrity helping out the people of Benue State.
Jidenna has now joined a long list of celebrities who have shown support for the flood victims in Makurdi, Benue state.

Nigerian-American artist took to his Instagram page to urge his
followers as well as other well-meaning individuals, to help by donating
to relief efforts.
The "Classic Man"
singer did not fail to acknowledge similar events that occurred in
Sierra Leone and Houston, Texas via his social media platform.
